Project Overview

Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. (PSWRI), the makers of Nature’s Spring, has become the home of the #1 bottled water brand in the Philippines with the commitment to provide quality, clean, safe, and affordable bottled drinking water, serves the Filipino Community since 1991.

 

The company has engaged Toshiba Global Commerce Solution (TGCS) APMEA to digitalize their day-to-day business operations with Toshiba Digital Solution Mobile POS.

Focus

  • Design solution must not disrupt current business flow.

  • Solution must increase in productivity in all areas especially end of day process.

  • Design must cater to the different demographics of the salespersons, including senior citizen

Additional information:

Travelled to Cebu for a week for requirements gathering and understanding the business process.

 

Design Process:

  1. Requirement gatherings

  2. Understanding business process

  3. Understanding target users from business

  4. Come up with a high-level concept solution

  5. Continuous user research between peers

  6. Low fidelity prototype

  7. Validate with business

  8. Collect feedback and change requests

  9. High fidelity prototype

  10. Prepare for production

  11. Take part in QA testing
