UX Information
Users
Blackbox clients. They are companies that use black box app to get data to understand the performance of the brand.
Stakeholders within the company. These are people such as brand manager, performance manager, CEO, social media manager, analytics team, etc
Goals
User: Being able to access data and content via Blackbox app while on the go.
Business: Making sure that the app enhances Blackbox client’s workflow + get traction to the new content platform
The Challenge
The nature of Blackbox business made us realise that the way to approach this project is to treat it as a template.
Since Blackbox will have different clients of different brands, the specific brand guidelines such as brand colours would need to appear on the app itself. Taking FWD as an example. We would need to include some orange as that is one of the brand colours for FWD.
Thus, approaching it as a template design gives room for some flexibility to different brands that may be using Blackbox.
On top of that, the content arrangement should allow customization for different stakeholders. Different roles of employees within the company would need to see different sets of data. Therefore, we rely heavily on filtering functions within the app.

Wireframe
Low to mid-fidelity wireframe
I moved from sketches to mid-fidelity wireframe quickly after the team has agreed with my proposal. Moving up to mid-fidelity wireframe makes it easier for everyone to see the visual direction of the app.
