My Story
Over the years, I’ve worked as a UX designer, collaborating closely with art directors and cross-functional teams. This experience gave me a solid foundation in UI and visual communication, as well as an understanding of what it takes to bring ideas to life. While I am capable of producing design deliverables, my real value lies in understanding users, synthesising insights, and translating data into clear, actionable direction for teams and stakeholders. (My PDF portfolio highlights my visual and graphic design work for context.)
I am now seeking opportunities where I can focus primarily on UX research and consultancy, working closely with clients, uncovering user needs, facilitating discovery, and guiding product decisions through evidence-based insights. I am especially interested in roles where I can collaborate with or lead a small team, delegating hands-on design execution while I focus on research, data, stakeholder communication, and strategy.
I believe great products are built not by how polished they look, but by how deeply they understand the people they serve and the business requirements they must meet. My goal is to align user needs with business objectives to create outcomes that are meaningful, sustainable, and valuable for both. This is the work I am most passionate about.
On the side, I am an advocate for mental health. I am currently pursuing a Specialist Diploma in Counselling and Psychology with MindForce Academy, which deepens my understanding of human behaviour, emotional regulation, and psychological safety, insights that strongly inform my approach to user research and stakeholder engagement.
I also run a monthly women’s support group, where I facilitate conversations, hold space for lived experiences, and practice active listening in a real-world, high-trust setting. In parallel, I am undertaking part-time studies at Muhammadiyah Islamic College.
I hope this gives you a sense of who I am and my approach to work. If we’re aligned, I’d be happy to connect and explore working together. If not, I wish you all the best in your journey ahead.
