Forefront Medical

OVERVIEW

Forefront medical is a medical manufacturing specialist. They believe in putting their customers and patients first by providing quality medical equipments. They promise to stay innovative as the world is constantly changing.

As the lead of this project, I am responsible for gathering the project requirements, wireframe solutions, manage the team and client presentation.

PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT

Create a landing/product page for a new medical equipment called EZSWAB

1 target audience:

Medical Companies that require the equipments to run their day to day business

Goals

Users - To let users be aware that Forefront has a new medical equipment. To also make it easy for users to contact Forefront to either enquire or make a purchase

Business - To make sure that part of the traction is coming from the new product page and then maintain or improvise it

THE CHALLENGE

There wasn't a major challenge that we had to face as this was a simple landing page design. However these are some minor obstacles that we faced:

1. Ensuring that there was a sufficient content and images

2. Understanding from users point of view, of why would they buy from Forefront instead

VISUAL REQUIREMENT

To adapt from packaging and collateral designs
Photography focused and minimal design

Since I am the lead of this project, I took charge of the visual direction while still working with a Visual Designer. I ensure that the page is designed based on the requirements and request any further photo manipulation if needed.

Since this is a UX lead project, I oversee the moodboard and visuals that are done by the visual team to ensure that it meets the requirement.

VISUAL DESIGN

Overall, this is how the visual designs look like. It is pretty clean and minimal as per the brand guideline. We also created the banner for the homepage that leads users to the landing page.

Summary

To conclude, this project was a quick and easy one. The project requirements did not seem that complicated and we did not face much obstacles. Client was very flexible in getting the necessary plugins for the development. Design wise, there wasn't much changes as I believe we have tried out best ensure that it is according to the moodboard.

I am proud of myself to be the lead of this project.
